We had our first performance last night and it came together like magic! Thank you so much again for writing this amazing and important play. Our parents in the audience were blown away and appreciated it so much.
[At the end] our audience was in tears. It really was amazing. … But my favorite part of the script was the dialogue. You really have a gift at writing honest teenager conversations and monologues. Thank you for sharing your play with us.
I had so many parents after the show say we did a great job with the subject matter and thank me for taking the risk to help our students become more aware… I loved this script… I was able to teach so much more than just theatre. We were able to work on acting skills and life skills at the same time. So many positive moments throughout this process.
One of the best shows we’ve done… Kids and parents still haven’t stopped talking about it… People had tears in their eyes.
